Gold or silver?
« on: January 04, 2011, 11:34 AM »
So time to start looking and buying parts for the first new build, black 83' GT Expert frame, forks and bars.  Stupid newbie question tho, am I gonna have more luck finding chrome/silver or gold as a general rule??  Stem, clamp, wheels & pedals etc.  :idiot2:

alright andy  :daumenhoch:

silver mate. much easier to find as loads of coloured parts with faded or tatty anno have been stripped and polished.

if you are after nos parts there probably wont be a great deal of difference tho  :daumenhoch:
