Whenever I post a new thread and click the 'Forum' link in the top toolbar I get the following:-
Not Found
The requested URL /forum/forum/index.php was not found on this server.
I'm guessing the URL has one too many /forum in the link since the link for the forum on the homepage is this
http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php

Use the
button instead on the other toolbar and you should be alright
