Hi

Use an old set of forks, turned upside down and secured in a vice or a block of wood. Or just turn a bike upside down (if a show bike use towels / padding to stop scratches). It is also a good idea to have a caliper handy.

You just need a small chair then, and hey presto....

I bought a park TS-7 last year and that's been pretty good for a cheapy. I just did a search on Yahoo to find the cheapest deal.
