Building up a NOS rider
« on: September 22, 2010, 07:45 PM »
Ok, no matter what I get I always end up building a rider with NOS parts and then end up not riding it, bloody typical. I'm now contemplating building up my dream build to 'actually' ride and if I wreck something then tuff titties. Not sure if it's build boredom but here's my dilema. I'm getting no younger so maybe the time has come to enjoy something I build for once.

Since I'm a softly goes rider I'm thinking of stripping my current rider build (not riden lmao)

Sell the Frame (NOS built Senior Pro), Pro Forks (NOS with a few marks), Maxy Cross arms (NOS), Tioga sealed BB (NOS), Chainring (NOS), Izumi Black/Silver (NOS) but keep the Chrome/Black and Red theme and build up this NOS Senior Pro frameset...

...then purchase NOS Sugino 400's and BB (always longed for some), new decals (as above), probably NOS red DC Tech III's, (NOS DID chain which I have) and NOS chainring (undecided which type)....or maybe use some bits from this...

Maybe I should sleep on it LOL because it seems easier to just build than build/ride. :LolLolLolLol:
Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth.
