Could you Recommend a good helmet for rideing Bike parks and knee and elbow armour. Shall i go cup or discrete(under clothes) ? Cheers Steve.

most important thing when buying your helmet is that it fits. try b 4 you buy mate. one makers large wont be another makes large etc. u can get plenty of bargains on the net , but if thats were you buy from , find a shop first and try the same helmet on   :daumenhoch:

Glen do you use TSG dive pads ? there the only ones on e-bay 29.99 knee and 19.99 elbow

how tall are you?i have some all in one ankle/shin/knee pads unused.they're
 a size too big for my stumpy legs.i'm 5 10.

I use TSG  for my elbow, knees and shinnies (saved me a few trips to A&E )

,, I have a 661 lid for park and a THE full face for race track

Before you ride out on your bike again , get yourself a lid and gloves minimum  ;)
