Hi all

I would like to say a huge thanks for putting on a great event (and my favourite so far), with the organizers very friendly and visitors making a very good turn out and supporting the event.

Personally I thought it was very chilled with an excellent vibe, and didn't notice anyone getting too messy, or any accidents.

The weather was amazing with the BMX God looking down on us all, and the build quality and attention to detail getting better each year.

It was great to meet up with old and new faces, and also see some of the serious restoration work that had been going on. I thought the knurling and BB on the Chrome SJK was great, plus enjoyed getting up close to the SST hubs on Subs VDC, plus the stem (hopefully no offence was taken about the freestyle cages, it was great to meet up at last).

The Bassets looked great, I still have great affection for the 16" VDC, Phils Goose Hack suited the black theme better, Animals (you got smashed on Saturday

hehe) MRD collection was looking amazing, and all the others including Bubbs, Radman, Jay, Dom, Pete, etc displaying some great works as usual.

I did not attend on the Sunday but from pics it looks like the Freeagent is now riding with VDC Woodys and not Hutch (which I think is great to see, I hope I didn’t pi$$ you off in 2007).

Long may the sun shine on Rad events at MK, to me a perfect central location with usually good weather, no tarmac on the track and the ramps being an excellent addition to an already amazing event.

The only thing I slightly regret is missing Alex riding the ramps. I heard that he had a session on the Saturday evening and was pulling some rad tricks and showing that a front brake can help at times (did anyone get a video).

The 16” pit race was great fun, and the jump comp entertaining as usual.

Thanks again to all involved for putting it on, and long may it continue.

I hope that I didn’t pi$$ anyone off, till the next time, keep it rad.

Charley got the plate he wanted this year.
And that's the first and last time I'm riding with a coaster. It was fun trying to hop it though.

Seems there was a Welsh theme around the place. Decals on lamp post's, skips even a wheel barrow ? You bunch of shuffle monsters
