The frame is a real corker  send it off for re chroming . Its worth a rebuild it was a great frame to use bitd. Up there with the supergoose.

Frame looks like it's a true 82/3 Nora but the forks don't look quite right. Still very nice though.

the owner only changed the wheels. its sat in his garage since 1985

The forks look like the later ones. Do they have slanted bottom (like LG's) with GT stamped in the end and the dropouts are like the later performer type?  If so, they are the later ones. Ad

the forks have flat bottoms, with no stamps.
