It looks like a Wirral Wobbler to me ........Its worth about £25 if that

 Grand Mage Spacefruit and I are the only ones to have laid eyes upon the legendary MK1 Tallywhacker...We(I mean Phil) persuaded a young kid to wade waist-deep in a filthy pond to retieve it.There are no photos but it was a beast of truly unrad proportions :daumenhoch:
