Cassette cog advice?
« on: March 18, 2010, 08:52 AM »
I have a Kuwahara laserlite 07 and I want to change the cassette cog to 14t from 16t.
trouble is, I don't know what cog would be compatible with the no name hub!
Any help would be very much appreciated :)

best bet would be to call a dealer that sells that bike & they'll be able to inform you, especially as manufacturers do change spec of models at periods throughout their sale

:) Is it the standard hub that comes with the Kuwi completes? If so,Shimano DX/DXR,Gusset & Surly cogs will fit. Most of the race specialist shops should be able to supply them, normally £3-4 each.

on the advice of Stodgy I bought one from billy's yesterday.

I obviously won't know if it is the right one until I fit it.

I appreciate the help chaps, I'll let you know how it goes :daumenhoch:
