TRM- finally im happy with it
« on: March 08, 2010, 04:59 PM »
ive been building this on and off for about 4 years or so, with year long breaks between changing parts on it, finally after the 4th set of wheels on it, i think it now looks right, it hasnt got anything too flash in terms of parts as money dont grow on trees for me unfortunately,

trm f+f painted ford signal yellow
blue z rims with sunshine hubs
blue 901's with tech 4 levers
sugino c/r and spider
elina ul seat+post
tuff pads
cw copys (made in england possibly wilson bars)
blue beartraps
unbranded stem
dc copy seatclamp

i am gonna change the pedals and stem at some point but im finally happy about how it looks now the z rims are on it  :daumenhoch:

I think it looks sweet, but I do agree the seat post dont do it justice. I personally dont mind the peds.

Really clean build, nice one!

Yes  ;)

Looks Good mate , but as the others have said lose the seat post and the pedals imo and shorten the rear cable  :daumenhoch:

For a cheaper alternative on the peds , what about some Shimano SX's , there old school and they always tip up in the For sale section on here  ;)

Nice build though , well done  :daumenhoch:

Funky build  :daumenhoch:  Liking that yellow, it works great against the blue a of the wheels and the colour of the skinwalls   :coolsmiley:

Never been a fan of the Elina UL seats so have to agree with MattDub and the pedals I have to agree with you  ;)  Only because I think they
dont do any faovours to what I've said above  :daumenhoch:

What tyres are they, they do look really nice  :)  where did you get them?

daz bmx it!

tyres are freeway- dunno if there any good or not but my lbs had them as old stock and they cost me a fiver each, they look the part though and tyres are tyres when it comes to a 6 inch bunny hop and a half arsed endo which is all that will be done on it  :D
