Running a PPP powerdisc and chainring with Cook Bros cranks on my Slingshot Glen.

im gonna have the same problem with mine glen   will it cause that much of a problem when riding?

Not sure that will stand up to riding but if it's a carpet queen should be all good

Try a cutting up  a tin can to make a shim or use tin foil to take up the excess around it.  So long as your makeshift shim can't pop out then it should keep it place as the the tophat shouldn't move in relation to the axle.     Just make sure the shim is around the entire tophat so that it keeps everything central and you should be fine (I hope...............no lawsuits if ya not)

Tin foil wrapped round with excess at the end that you fold over into the centre hole.. 

Insert into Sprocket and hammer it home and hopefully it will stay in place.  then cut away the excess tin foil.

If it works..............it'll be a miracle...........but its worth a try..............for a laff!!

i doubt if you could get anything thin enough to make a shim tbo. what about a bead of no more nails?

If you can get access to a lathe(sp) then making your own isn't very hard, even I managed it n I'm an office bod
