Hersden and the south OS this year 2010
« on: February 27, 2010, 12:49 AM »
Its been a quiet few months for the old school racers, we still have a class in the south region and TK and Hersden will still put up with us, all we need is a few riders to enter.
Personally I will be at as many as we can afford, it would be great to see a few old and new faces racing.
Hersden is a very short track so even the unfittest will be able to have a good go (thank fook)

I think this year may well see the end of old school racing in the South if its not supported.

I know a good few of the Old school posse have moved on to bigger and (better bikes ::) )
but lets keep old school alive and support as many races as we can.

Hi Guys n Gals,

Just wanted to say that if anyone with little or no experience is hesitant about joining the old school racing they should just do it.  I started racing in the North region OS last year and have loved every minute of it.  I'm never gonna win any races but I always have a great time.

It'd be great to see the South (and all the other regions for that matter) have a full OS gate again.

If anyone is hesitant about joining - do it - just turn up and ride.

Good luck with the series Ratty.

James

Thanks for spreading the word guys, will put up a thread around the 1st of next month, really get the ball rolling. There is a thread elsewhere regarding pre reg for all Cruiser races in 2010. Would be great if we can get as many Old Skoolers as possible.
I still harp on on about those races we had where we had 33 and 28 riders and that was only three years ago.
If you haven't made it to our place before, its the most fun place to race anywhere ;D, just ask any one who has raced.

Hope to see you on April 18th
