There was a time when you could get away with doing outdated tricks by doing them on a MTB. Now MTB riding has found its own and is pretty good. So if you wanna do recycled 80s flatland tricks you need a fixie!

I really wish fixe's would crawl back up the hole they fell out of and take rollerblades with them.

fixies are shite in my opinion. big bikes for some bmxers that wanna 'keep it real'.
if you wanna second bike that easier to ride a distance, get a feckin bike with gears! its revolutionary i agree. get a cyclocross bike. doing downhill on dropbars? now that's fooking different.
