veryu doubtfull mate

i rode me bike to work all week and am really guutted as i have to stop to catch my breath half way there so wat am i gonna be like on a bmx

i honestly thought things were on the up and even bought good old faithfull to race but she is sat on the wardrobe upstairs in bits

Nah!! Gyppy hand. I'll give it a good workout before Manchester to see how it holds up and then just roll around manchester if I have to.

I cant remember the last time I rode and it didnt hurt.

Moley, you could always do a Turkish. Crouch down with your ankles together and stick your hampton in the pefectly shaped concave between the the heel bone and the ankle bone and rock forward and backward, repeat until your toes are wet
