Id love to mate but the wrist is stll too weak, the surgeon has told the phisio it will be another 4 weeks until she can start to manipulate my wrist to get it moving again.

As the series was originally 5 of 8 rounds to qualify for a final position does this mean it'll be reduced to, say 4 of 6 rounds?

JD no power wanking straight away, ease yourself into it, light feathering for 2 weeks, then some speed wanking (stamina training) and by week 4 you should be ready to do the splits between 2 chairs and combine all the training.....THE POWERWANK

Ps, dont neglect your other wrist during this period of intense training

My wrist is now fully functional after all of the 'foreign' work I've been giving it!!
