We need to find out if its gonna be a freestyle build or a race build, that will affect the choices of parts we will put forward.

Now if it a race bike, while i agree DX's were the tool for the job, in my ultimate build i would put on Skyway Graphs as they feel race look race and are the ultimate race pedals......IMOtm

DX'S were the pedal to have back then.
never even saw a set of skyway  pedals till i got back into this hobby.
had 5 sets of em since but still think DX's are the ones.

thats exactly how I remember it, but skyways are lovely, as for hutch beartraps arent they just ugly looking shin wreckers that cost a fookin fortune
