I'm new to the forum.
My names Darren. I'm 35 from the UK. I'm very much an old/mid skool BMX enthusiast. I always had BMX's from a very young age up until i was about 20. I've owned many bikes over the years. KHE Catweasle, Redline RL240 & RL340, various Haro, Mongoose, GT & several Raleigh Burners.
The last few months i've really started getting back into BMX. I plan to purchase something from the 80's or 90's & completely rebuild/restore it. Not for profit but for the enjoyment i used to get building these bikes years ago
I just recently purchased a 2009 GT Air Frame (for £5) & a 2001 GT Bestwick Pro. Nothing rare i know but just something i can put together for a couple of budget builds.
It's been a good 15-16 years so i'm not so clued up with the different models available or what manufacturers are good or bad.
I'm sure i will have plenty of questions for you all
