Hey,

Been into an old bikeshop thats been around for years and found a few suprises. A fair amount of Old School stuff.........

He has a stock of NOS gear that he steadily sells on Ebay such as CW style bars, Kashimax seats etc etc so he is quite savvy with regard to Old School gear.

Interestingly he has a Survivor Puch Race Invader in quite good condition and......
a Peugeot stickered VITUS Racebike

Anyone got any ideas what sort of value should I be offering for both bikes...........bearing in mind that he did say about the Puch...'I suppose it's only worth what someone will pay for it!' and the Vitus is rare and he probably knows it!!

He had also found a nice pair of Pro Class drilled rims in his storage area a couple of weeks back!!

Any help will be gratefully received!!!!

I'll try and get some sneaky pics this week!

puch. not so desirable. horrible fab work but probably better than some of the british stuff ! probably not too nice a components unless its been pimped up !

vitus. road bike firm forayed into bmx. loved and hated ! hard to say value!

The Peugeot (Vitus) is worth more if you have the very rare Vitus forks also.  However it all depends on the day with pricing to be honest, I have seen frames and forks go from anything between £70-£300.
