Its a gen 1 with Torker Forks. Could be a prototype i guess... Thats an old Ocean Pacific advert, they were great shirts

I just zoomed in 400% on that picture and thats a non machined headtube.

Yeah i think it may have been. Certainly a very early picture and a non decalled gen 1 without forks would suggest its early.....

The socks are definately prototypes too, you can tell from the two stripes at the top  :) Tha later socks the stripes were closer together...

Cool picture, I have other pictures of this bike and i think the headtube is machined, but as you say, probably one of the first frames, if not the first, who knows? maybe Bob can remember..................

"always good to hear from you. I do believe that is a first prototype as it has my head-tube gusset and no stickers yet on the frame. "
