manuals probably faster, especially watching the 17+ payback, but prefer to jump what ever i can, i think you get better pump on landing, but i know on occassions i loose ground whilst in the air, its ok, as long as you get the landing right, and have the line to carry the speed on landing

I found I was faster if I pump usually, but new tracks are different, jumping and manualling are the way forward, I am 1 year into this racing malarky and at 36 have alot to learn, I started jumping the bigger stuff towards the end of the summer (with a view to racing cruiser the odd meet-I race O/S ) with success in fairness, but inexperience crossed with over eagerness has cost me 4 months (up to now  :( ) due to a freak accident on a set of doubles, do what feels best as confidence grows with track time :daumenhoch:

Or do what Hunterdubber does and just hit everything at speed and sideways  ;D
Whats the matter Kid, don't ya like clowns? Don't we make you laugh? Aint we fukkin funny?

learn to manual properly and that will help you maintain the speed needed for the jumps where you HAVE to jumps  :daumenhoch:

 :) DINGO :)
