MK19 Dealer question
« on: September 04, 2019, 08:51 PM »

Firstly, thanks to all those involved for putting on such a great event.

Could anyone help me out with the contact details for the guy selling stuff who had the stall in the corner between the Northern Merch stall and the mid school bikes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

The stock was all  from OT cycles.  I bought a some sharp stuff and had a good chat with him. They still have a shop in Dartford.

OT Cycles shut about 2 years ago.
Have they opened a new shop?

My mistake then. I didn’t realise that it was closed.

Thanks for the info, I came across this interesting site with some history on the shop while looking for their phone number.

https://sites.google.com/site/kdw712osbmx/otcycles

I'll have to try giving them a call.
Cheers.

I think this might be the ebay seller redpals0?
I think he advertaised stuff as coming from a closed shop called OT?
Just a hunch.

You're smack on. I bought some Sharp stuff  on Ebay from  him and they had the OT cycles price tag on them.

OTs has stopped trading after many years. Paul the owners son took over and had any remaining stock.
He was putting some on ebay a while back .  The East hill shop on my Web page is long gone they went went down to one shop in original location near orange tree pub but that's shut now too
cheers Kev

He was a really cool guy & I enjoyed chatting with him at MK. Bought some nice bits off him too. I'm sorry to hear about the shop, what a shame.
