Personally i would use an mx upto 86 on a show bike,later if i didnt want to be era correct :daumenhoch:

Mx were a better shape for racing,the aero has a nasty lip on the back which can catch yer knacks when getting over the back of the bike :(

After 86 i would use a dominator,but tbh Kashi mx/aeros were a lot better quality saddles.

BTW that advert must be 83 or before judging by the colours available :)

The ones in that museum thread they are talking about as fake are aero not mx arn't they.
On the side stamp I thought there were two or three variants. The picture I put up been the earliest.
On the seats today for a large unit order kashimax will stamp the sides with what ever you want.
A guy on BW ordered some unstamped so he could have the Raleigh logo put on. The run amount order was too big to justify with kashimax .

I paid £125 for my black one (was on ebay though!). Much prefer the MX's to Aeros. It's on my 84 skyway T/A

Could you use a kashi  mx as a cycle-pro shotgun 1 substitution on a Bob Haro Replica build ?.....it's kinda era correct and easier to find  :-\

slightly off topic I know ? ::)
