Most suitable crank for an 83 loopy ripper

I know these use 13/16 seat posts but do they need a special size seat clamp?

2nd gen Profiles or a nice set of Campy Stradas. 

I've a 1983 SE PK Ripper restored  and I mounted a Profile first. Then, I  switched to a Takagi OPC, saved the Shimano DX (just changed the axles) and I've to say that's more nice now with the OPC, albeit I'm a Profile cranks lover !

or a Thun ,, someone had one for sale on here the other week for £18 and I don't think it sold

because not everybody remembers em
