Dan, those forks will be the same as the ones on my '79 Supergoose that Dave is probably sat next to you polishing up as we speak bud

Compare the decals and the holes in the brake bridge to that mate as that's an original Supergoose - my old one doesn't have the 3 holes in the brake bridge and that's a mk1 frame so I'd guess they were a mk2 detail onwards You never know with 'Geese, they just used whatever bits were lying in the bucket next to them when they welded them together back then

Yes Kev it has exactly the same flat bit on the rear and nice one for deciphering the serial

No doubt about it Spen Daves starting to build a goose collection thatd make Johngoose jealeous! (Well hes still got a way to go.. but hes getting there mate!) He turns up every week and says 'check this out', and its all mint stuff!  I'll get him on here once rad allows registrations again.

Yeah the 3 holes in the bridge thing only came in mid-late 81 onwards Dan, started when they phased out the rear flat and T stamp and there's all sorts of cross over combos of these features during the changeover months, and fork changes for the standard geese and decal changes too - 1981 is a nightmare for geese !

Saw the title and was just gonna keep it simple saying 

Rule of thumb

If it's got a serial starting with  "T"

or

3 holes drilled brake bridge

or

Flattened inner face on the seatstays


Then you've got a 100% full chro-mo Supergoose 


That should be enough knowledge for starters 

When you get a serious addiction , you too will be advising people with a 5 page full on anorak reply
