Seat clamp and seat post dilema
« on: January 31, 2010, 07:49 PM »
Building my wife's cruiser and cant decide on seat post and clamp combo. I bought a single bolt because it looks abit like an old Suntour one with the polished strip in the middle, But I dont like seat clamps when fitted back to front because the seat tube is slit at the front. Just looks wrong in my eyes. So I got a new TNT double bolt clamp as an option. Also now thinking about a chrome post instead of the fluted one :-\
I'm leaning towards the TNT with chrome post.
Any thoughts guys?

:) Looks nice both ways but reckon TNT clamp/chrome post would look better.

Yep, any pics of wheels yet :LolLolLolLol:
Do you have shares in SHELL or something, You must rack up some mileage. Or was that the day you picked up the cruiser?
