I know the shoutbow was abused hence why the restrictions were brought in, and I fully supported that move...
BUT its bloody boring now, heres a ittle suggestion!!
How about we allow everyone access to the shoutbox again, but anyone found abusing it gets banned from future use?
Just a suggestion as the shoutbox has become boring beyond belief, infact personally id rather see it gone than have the same boring message left on there for over 48 hours.
