When I say research I mean walking into every car parts place in Bristol with a photo of an original bike & hold it up next to the red cans :)

This from motorman seemed closest, the bike is on the wall in the lounge so everyday i look at it & wonder if it should be slightly lighter or slightly darker, either way I cant decide which prob means its about right! :D

Hope that helps.... then just worry about getting the red-white fade right!

Post by: neiljonarcus on November 22, 2009, 10:48 AM: my mate just bought a frame and forks off marc "kuwahero" there was some orignal paint on the top of the forks , so i took it into work and we came up with a close match of ..... ROUGE LUCIFER paint refrence code of PEU-EKQ hope this helps

The paint looked like it had been powdered on. It was also metalic and that doesn't show up in hardly any original photo's you see. Interested to see the hunt progress. :coolsmiley:
