Hmmm - looks like the spacers are different - well at least with this set they are  :-\

I've got various thickness flat spacers and one thick chunky "stepped" spacer  ???

Any thoughts ?

stepped spacer could be the tophat washer for spiders etc. It should run like this:

drive arm
top hat
spider/chainring
spacers
bearings
spacer tube
bearings
spacers
non drive arm

use enough spacers either side to get the right chain alignment

Keep up  ::)  ;D

You should have a bb that looks like this if a Euro or with larger bearings for a US bb

(http://www.alansbmx.com/images/BB-Set-Euro.jpg)

Alansbmx sell the spacer tubes for about 3 and a half quid  :daumenhoch:
