Title: Strip or not to strip?

That is the question?

Dunno if these are rare in green but its not in great shape so im gonna strip n polish

Or should i leave it as is?

I've got a minty red one for a dirtbike im putting together so i thought id strip this one and put it on the challenger, it wouldnt match as it is but i could cover it with a stem pad....  :-\

Seems a bit of a shame to bung it in a bag of ovenpride...  :(

Mark, the trick is to strip it , polish it until the edges are rounded and you cant read the writing then post it in tech and restoration and say what a good job you have done and then watch the amount of replys you get ;D

Got the oven pride out...

Couldnt be arsed to try and get rid of all the dings/scrapes, and got bored polishing...

This turned out ok... was blue...

Even cleaned the oven while i was at it...  :D
