Title: Hutch Pro Racer serial & pre-serials

Ok Hutch experts I need some advice. What serial number would an 84/85 Pro Racer had or would that be pre serial?

It wouldn't be of the pre-seriel era if it was 84-85. End of 83 onwards had serials.  What number is it and where is it?  :)

thanks guys - I had one BITD and I'm thinking of building one - need to know what to look for really. I think I had an 85.

serials started around late 83 , for the 84 models.
there is no date code or anything like that.
Rich Hutchins told me the dropouts were dropped in big containers and the welders took what they need.
New batch dropouts were dropped in the same container above the olders ones and were mixed.
In that way there is no way to know for sure when what serials were used!
