Title: Help on adding a personal picture onto my profile please!!

I know a twat ass technophobe, but can someone please help me add a pic to my profile?

I did something on mybannner, or whatever the site is, but can't get it to work.

Does that mean it's too big a pic or something?

Any help would be appreciated
