Could be bullied into Woburn Trails tonight if someone wants to twist my arm?

ankle feels okish after 2hours of selfhelp on it.

Never been - intend to go soon.

Was going to give it a rest tonight unless anyone else up for it.  Then I can be encouraged for sure.
