Title: is this heap worth doing up

right guys i bought this mirra 540 air ,,second hand about 8 years ago

i decided to lend it to my nephew ,,and today picked it up ,in this state  :shocked:

not sure on the year ,but i think they came out in 99

is it worth stripping ,and doing up for a rider ,park bike  :daumenhoch:  or just landfill  :2funny:

 :) Older,heavy but all in far too good to bin.I`d either strip it for parts or do it up.
