Title: Mongoose supergoose
Post by: lmmrst on March 10, 2009, 10:06 PM: Just picked this beauty up! Yum yum! Mint arayas mx1000s in great condition! Cws! Shimano dxs! Bike is in excellent condition! Even has original bill of sale etc! Been kept in the chaps attic since he was 17 he`s now 40! Wow what a beauty!
They told me they were gonna take it to the tip!!! :shocked: :shocked: How lucky it was to fall into my hands!! ;) ;)

Had to give him 50 quids! ::)
Doesnt really need much of a resto but will get some new tyres! Fork decals and grips! ;) ;) ;)

3 = 1983

rest is production number

Yep - Kev's right that's pretty late for a gusset goose - nice find indeed and 50 quid ! :shocked:

Sure have matey! Had a look late last night and what we thought was rust is in fact 20yr old dirt! Hubbys always wanted one so well chuffed! So was the bloke with his 50 quid!! :LolLolLolLol: :daumenhoch:
