Title: Bargain find???
Post by: southend_styler on November 28, 2008, 08:04 PM
Just bought this bike complete for 50 notes. And already sold the bars for 30

Good find? Anyone know much about them?

I think it might be a Havoc????

yeah i just looked in the bmxmuseum, looks like a havoc to me.

and it'll be the nicest example in the museum by a long way.

I have to agree with Rob here.
ride it, looks like it'd be great fun on a mini ramp.

Picked this bike up yesterday. And after a bit of a clean and a tidy up, should be perfect for it's purpose.

The only thing i'm thinking is, i'm now not convinced it's a Havoc, but it might possibly be an FS Pro???

It was this picture that made me start wondering:

What dya reckon? It does look very similar to my one??

my money's on fs pro looking at the parts, they are all original looking entry level parts by the looks. was the havoc the pro frame rob nolli rode?

i'm getting my powerlite bars back off stokebloke saturday for my dirtbike build. going to do a castillo inspired bike. need to dig the mags out and bmx inferno!!!

i rode around nolli alot and he was never on a powerlite. always a dyno or gt.  this same powerlite frameset had 3 names. the havoc, fs pro and the p-51.

Condor, is there any way of knowing which of these frames mine would have been sold as? Maybe from the serial?

I know it's not that important, but small details like this aggravate me!  :LolLolLolLol:

Ok mate. From what i can decipher from the serial i think it was made in '96. Do you know which one that would correspond to?

Cheers for any help matey!  :daumenhoch:

i have the last pair of powerlite bars that nolli owned  :) has seen xgames metal 96.
he always used powerlite 4pc bars until the newer style of gt pfst came out with the "square" 4pc gt bars with the side gusset.
