are these really that rare??
-
I think yes would be the answer
-
i thought love was the answer? oh sorry that's another song :crazy2:
yup pretty rare in that condition :)
don't think i'd have a lot of faith in the seller though
-
Are they rare cos of the colour, or just cos they're a NOS set of vinyl, SE snap pads ? I've got a NOS set too, but mine are brown/gold. Can't imagine they're worth the same as baby blue though.
-
In 5 years of collecting i have never seen a nos blue set come up , so yea i reckon plenty rare , nice for an early ripper or floval for sure

only been collecting 2 years so didnt realise that pads could go for so much. :idiot2:
-
Original pads can be very expensive.
I paid over £100 to get a set of 4 Redline white vinyl pads in early 2005
-
i paid 127.00 for a db set :(
-
yea i know what you mean , i paid 40 bucks for a nos set of baby blue on blue flyte quad pads , disgustin at the time i can tell ya

didn't a set of chrome/silver hutch pads go for over a $1,000 last year - I'm sure it was a UK guy that picked them up too...?
I bought a set of camo quad pads for £50 and thought that was maybe over the odds - 2 years ago!
Vinyl pads really have that old old school feel - I'd pay double the price now and not think twice if I wanted a set...
gmac - I think the brown are just as classy as the baby blue - saw a loop tail quad on vintage baby blue and se brown forks and loved it!
