Okay. I read about these on one of the US sites but I thought I'd post the link for those that haven't seen it. Steel PK Ripper knock-offs, unreal - that's why I'm always dubious about buying anything from those Asian sellers. I'm not being 'racialist' :D I'm just wary, that there's an abundance of copy parts over there...

They call em pk "nipp"ers over there : ()

I thought copy Steel Rippers had been around for donkeys years? Dan Harris also had one at MK a couple of years ago I think ??? they're not bad for a copy IMHO.......
There was one on ebay, £95 BIN price, yeah, a structurely sound Looptail Ripper, hmmmmm ! :LolLolLolLol:
-
i am sure it didn't harm se's sales in any way shape or form

I have just got back from the Phillipines and witnessed these fake rippers and Performers all over the shop. These were taken on a small island miles away from Manilla.
I tried to buy the black ripper below, and even offered to buy the fella a 'new' frame in exchange, not a chance he was getting rid of it, even though the chain was off it, there was no air in the tyres its was as rusty as f...!! Obvioulsly didnt want me interferring with his side hack!!
