my freind had a 'SE' mauler 2, and by us we have some dirt jumps in our local common. i used to try to clear this one double they had there but never could do it on my Haro Backtrail. so my mate let me go on his SE and i cleared it 1st time...  :daumenhoch:

I must dig through my ride mags, this rider rode for se in the uk, he had one that looked similar, the guy doing the interview kept knocking the look of the se, but this rider said he loved it, and it worked well,   :4_17_5:

The late-90s SEs were probably the best era for SE (when Travis Turreson was riding for them and Mike DeVitt was still running the company).

Early Fuji stuff was pretty rubbish, but they do seem to be getting better every year under the guiding hand of the Wildman.

Of the old school companies who are still around and selling complete bikes, I reckon Redline and Haro are the benchmark.  Hopefully SE will be back on top one day.

Still remember the day when Butty walked into Bikepro with the, as yet un released anywhere, aluminium quad
Awesome frame, given to him by P.K. himself  8)

2007 SE Team Quadangle (the seat has been lowered since this picture) This frame was not released to the public! It was won in a raffle on OS.
