Title: HELP!! UNI turbo Pro 14 seat does it need a shim

Do you need a shim to fit these or r the posts a standard 22.5mm fit? I know the earlier ones needed a shim cos post was thinner.

i think they all do mate.......but can't be sure?  the few i've had all had shims with them

Any ideas where 2 get a plastic one from? Need plastic as don't want to scratch the NOS seat I have on its way.

If you don't plan on riding it there's a million and one things you could use to shim it.

hi animal the pro 14 is 22.2 mm STD so won't need a shim on most old school frames. Hope it helps
