Title: diacompe 890 tech question please !

ive got a pair of 890 calipers ive cleaned up and ready for polish!!

got a pair of adjusters , do they fit these calipers if so the fixed mount bracket wont come out , or have i lost the plot ,thanks in advance

yip, take off the 8mm nut from the back and push it out. It may be a bit wedged in.

some adjuster mounts dont come out - no nut

if yours is like that, then you are gonna have to do some drilling

its the Quick release thats non removable.

I gave rad man the adjusters of my 890's at Bournmouth and i just whipped em off in about 2 secs.

But then again i am not a novice.... ;)

i think that 890 is riveted in and you will need to drill it to just take the lip if the rivet off, then you can fit whatever you want in it.

like surround sound or lino.
