i used to dream about owning a pro lightning when i was a kid looking through the early action bikes... quality to bring that shot back from my childhood ;D

I always thought those Maruishi's looked good!
Mind you after riding some of the heaps of junk I had I suppose you would do!

My good mate bitd , Nick Dalton rode for Maruishi early on before he went to Hotshot .

I rode Nicky Dalton's Maruishi bitd as he was in my region (although a year younger than me) and we would meet up with him at meetings. That was one big dude.

It wasn't too bad as I recall. I was riding a JMC at the time so would have been a big difference. Also Nicky at that age was close to 6 feet, I was probably 5'2", so the bike felt massive.
