Title: set of wheels saved from the bin+ 2 more sets
Post by: harris on August 08, 2007, 11:01 AM
just restored a rather crusty set of wheels from the bin.
the rims had been battered a tad and chrome had all but gone well needed some love.
just awaiting rim decals so couldnt tighten spokes as 5 need removing to apply decals but well chuffed.

Bling Bling, good stuff 8)

I've just  purchased some 6 spoke OE skyways at the MK meet for £20 and have just started the resto on them. It's amazing how much mess you can clean off with just a soapy sponge :daumenhoch: Will post some before and after shots once done.

Paul :)

Yeah, but it's all in the detail,if rims where originally chrome then they have to stay chrome and not polished.  :daumenhoch:  :LolLolLolLol:
