Guys, please recommend a supplier for polishing up these stems.
Thought about asking Custom Colour Andosing (re Andosing thread), as I see they do polishing as part of the andosing process.
Or is it possible to do yourself with a soft pad attached to a drill?
Cheers

Stevo,
I got these cranks done at Custom colour, you will never get a finish like this at home

Cool bike. I have sent an email to Custom Colours so hopefully they will get back to me with a quote. I would only do it at home as a last resort.
If they did your cranks, then I expect my stems won't a problem for them.
Cheers

polishing can be done at home if you have the right equipment,i did this all at home with a bench polisher which runs at 1400 rpm, i used three stage polishing,1st stage, rough mop and polish to remove scratches chips etc then second stage, medium mop and polish to remove all surface scratches caused by first stage, then 3rd stage fine mop and polish i prefer to use a slower mop as the faster mops can easily remove engravings, stamps etc
