Come to think of it he may have done Dan, didnt Chris Simmons get the Diamond Back ride first though? I was well gutted back then, cos I whopped Chris all the time :(

yes he was >:( a little story about chris simmons, at the earls court 3 day bike show around 82ish i got a third in the final on the

friday, think it was behind slater and ruffel then on the sunday in the semis, on the second to last burm he thought i cut him up

witch took me into the finals again and him not >:D

when the semi was over he rammed into my back wheel completly buckling it so i had no bike, them our team manager went mad

at chris :tickedoff: and made him take his wheel off and put it on my bike :) well thanks to chris i got another third again

i'm sure it was behind slater and ruffell ;)

would love to see the results from earls court again, i'm sure it was 82 and get this in the write up i was called a somebody ;D

Post by: RATTY on May 18, 2007, 04:44 PM: Haha, sounds about right, from memory he was a bad loser, there was a pic in one of the mags of him tee boning me at Southampton, and the write up said "Tony waye getting berm burned by Chris Simmons" I was well mad, i didn't make the mags very often and they made me sound a right plum :tickedoff:

I have a pic of me and Chris somewhere at Ipswich, I was leading him, was a great pic but never got published :'(

And Lee, Tony was one of the fastest guys out the gate bitd, and is still rapid
