...mines all nice shiny chrome with black tuffs and skinwalls - it's a nice looking bike, although not the most expensive at the time (think it was about £130 new) - people always comment on it - i'll send you a pic when the camera's unpacked... :daumenhoch:

its not cracked though' i thought i could bang that back into shape' i think they wanted the seat post ? :idiot2:

get it restored zed. it would be easier to get it blasted to see whats what, but i suppose a lot of work with the sander and drill mounted wire brush would do it..
maybe a high build primer to take all the pock marks out wher the rust has been.

there is a bike shop near me that had the tin/foil fronted decals that had an adhesive cushion behind them, so the mongoose bit was raised about 2 mm from the frame.. i could have a look if you want next time i go...
