i am still waiting on serial info, but would like to get an early idea. i reckon around 86-89 but am no way sure.

How many holes in the rear drops john? I reckon your not far off at that my mach one with the sloping stamped cut off has very similar looking dropouts and is an 86 from memory :daumenhoch:

Deffo going late eighties just spotted the angled cut out on the forks, if they are the match to the bike they should be date stamped on the steerer tube (in case you have a random serial number on your frame ;) )
