-
Is it not the standard Euro BB? as opposed to the Us BB for a OPC
-
i bought it as a "spanish BB" frame, but i am looking to buy a bb set for it, and i am finding they are press in cups. (the spanish bb sets)
-
but i need threaded. question is, what size?
are there spanish threaded cups? or is it just euro.
-
Just been looking on Alans, and at quick glance, can only see the euro which is threaded.
-
me too
anyone got a euro bb frame they can measure for me please?
the I/D of the bb toob
-
Spanish BB is deffo pressed in.
Euro screws in.
US press in (obviously)
-
looks like a euro then.
anyone got a euro bb set for sale, that will fit a redline proline crank?

thanks mate
i need a 19mm one
-
why, are prolines 19mm? im sure they are bigger.
put it this way, i tried fitting a new profile bearing onto the shaft of my prolines yesterday, and it didnt fit.
-
i havent measured it, i just figured this would fit:

-
yes, maybe....but the axle is chamfered? (goes thinner) so the bearings will go on further.
not trying to be a pain , they may fit, but i would really measure it first, im sure its bigger.
slap me next time if im spouting shit.
-

Probably 20mm, I have a set of cranks with a 20mm axle. I also have a spare profile hopup set which I thought would fit. Doh!
-
it is 20mm. and the spindle is 19 and a bit mm. the bit means it wont go in a 19mm bearing
