Yes,
. you need a sleeve/spacer to fit on the spindle that goes inbetween the bearings
. a hammer
. a bit of wood
.basically beat one of the bearing cups into the bottom bracket.
.slide the spindle with said spacer/sleeve on(cut to right size) negative space between cups
.beat the other bearing cup into position with spindle and sleeve insitu.
.add any washers to pack the spindle out allowing the crank arms to turn freely without hitting the chainstays.
.put arms and chainwheels on
.tighten up spindle bolts and pinch bolts
.jobs a good un.
ride and enjoy,
scott

dont forget to space the drive arm out so that the chainring is in line with the rear freewheel.

The spacer that goes between the bearings is about 4 times as long as that. It sits between the bearings when they are in the frame to stop them crushing together when the crank arms are tightened up. You can use an old seat post or handlebars cut to the right length, but you need to get a good straight, square cut so it sits well against the inside of the bearing.

Rinni sells the sleeves. I think it's the right one. I bought a spindle (complete) and it's perfect. Cheap too.

dont tighten the pinch bolts too much. they are very weak
