Title: Anyone help ID this?

Found and stripped but what is it? It came with Simplex mags, sugino bits and skyway bits. Shitter or Glitter help please

I think I've seen one before somewhere, but can't remember what it was. I think it may be one of the Tange Rhino/etc family of frames

 ::) aero frame not made by tange but akisu then no one ever believe me last time even tho i have had 2 of them
