Title: Hi I'm new to the forum
Post by: Dazts1 on October 17, 2023, 08:19 PM
Hi my names Daz. I'm an old freestyle bmx boy from the 80ts. Started out on a 2ndhand burner. Then got my dream bike back in  Xmas of 83 a mk2 firebird freestyler in white. After stupidly selling it in about 94 thinking I?d never have any bmx involvement again.well last year turning. 50 I decided that I?d start over and build my Dp again. Which has led me to here. So I?d just like to hello.

Welcome to the Site Daz...  just so you know on the Horizon is a brandnew DP in the Making With DP Son Neil and from what I have heard it is going to be a blend of great old school and rideabililty.  There are quite a few old school survivors out there.  good luck.  If you need any advise hit me up.  I have over 10 OLD SCHOOL DP's in my collection  explosion

Thanks for the welcome. It's appreciated.
Last January I bought a Dp mk 2 frame n forks on eBay. It was in orange and a bit tatty. I love orange but I wanted to replicate what I had. I think I've ended up building a better bike than I had back in the day. It's a mixture of genuine 80's parts and repop. Some parts I'll change as I go on but I'm genuine happy with how it's turned out. I have just completed it. A new dp , wow looking forward to that 👍🏻 Is it a struggle to post pics on here ? As I'm no interweb wizard. I've noticed there is a Dp section.
